A collection of interactive above-the-fold, landing page, and hero section concepts developed as part of larger web design projects at Studio Ping Pong. Each idea was designed in Figma and brought to life using p5.js. Some of these concepts were rejected by clients, while others evolved and made it into live websites.
TILT is an advertising agency based in Mumbai, India. As part of building their website, we explored a series of above-the-fold interactions that played with the idea of tilt as both a name and an action. We began by ideating multiple concepts that interpreted tilt as mp4ement, shift, and imbalance. The final chosen direction by the client used device tilt on mobile and horizontal mouse mp4ement on desktop to shift words across the screen. Four different word combinations respond to this motion, subtly tilting in relation to the user’s input and creating a dynamic introduction to the site. I prototyped the concept in Figma and developed it using p5.js.
AUTUS Wealth is a wealth management firm based in Pune, India. While designing their website, we explored above-the-fold interactions that visually translated their tagline, where knowledge compounds to trust. One direction explored time as a factor in growth: a white revealing circle slowly expands when the user hovers over the same point, echoing how investments grow with patience rather than constant action.
Another concept drew from AUTUS’s identity system, using curved upward lines as a visual metaphor for growth. Particles respond subtly to rightward mouse mp4ement, drifting toward these curves to suggest accumulation over time. Both explorations aimed to communicate compounding through simple, intuitive interactions.
As part of a website revamp at Studio Ping Pong, the landing page was designed to feature rotating, game-like interactions. Having just joined the studio, I was asked to ideate the first above-the-fold experience that would introduce the site.
Two concepts were developed further. One reinterpreted the studio’s mascot, Pintu, as a clock, resulting in a real-time interaction with balls mp4ing within a clock-like form. The second, which was selected for the live site, evolved through multiple sketches and explored ideas of blooming and revealing through mouse interaction with few bouncing balls that spell "PINGPONG".
